Our Advisory Board

At Coadjute, we recognise the benefit of bringing in wisdom and experience from outside the company to assist us in our thinking and strategic decision making. Our Advisory Board brings together prominent industry leaders from across the property market, giving us access to an unrivalled breadth and depth of experience.

They work closely with our senior leadership team, helping us to understand the needs of each part of the market, develop our strategy and plans, and support us in our goal of connecting the entire property market together.

Our first two appointments to the Advisory Board are Maria Harris and Rob Hailstone, with further appointments will be announced soon.

Elizabeth Chambers

Elizabeth Chambers brings a wealth of knowledge and insight across banking, property, FinTech and payments sectors both in the UK and globally with a focus on building digital businesses. She is an Operating Partner with Searchlight Capital, a global PE firm, and serves on the Boards of TSB Bank plc, Provident Financial Group, and Tilney Smith & Williamson.

Graham Felstead

Graham Felstead was for many years the Head of Intermediary Mortgages at RBS / NatWest Bank, and is widely known across the Mortgage Broking industry. Graham joined RBS in 2001. He held many roles before going on to lead NatWest Intermediary Solutions in 2009. Throughout his career, Graham collected a raft of awards for individuals and service.

Maria Harris

Maria Harris is a Non-Executive Director of United Trust Bank and the Director of Digital Cat Consultancy Ltd. Previously the Director of Lending at Atom bank where she designed, built and launched the first fully digital mortgage in the UK. Maria has over 25 year’s experience and has held roles across sectors including travel, utilities and more recently in financial services.

Michael Day

Michael Day MBA FRICS FNAEA FARLA is a highly experienced and respected property industry advisor, mentor and trainer with over 900 estate agency clients. He is Managing Director of Integra Property Services, a Director of Teclet and an independent Consultant at Guidepoint, advising a range of international investment and property businesses.

R hailstone

Rob Hailstone is an ex-residential property conveyancer with over 40 years’ experience who formed Bold Legal Group (BLG) in 2010. BLG now has approximately 700 member firms throughout England and Wales and is widely respected by all stakeholders including legal regulators, lenders, HMLR and the MHCLG. BLG members have been given a voice and are kept informed about all relevant conveyancing issues.
