Liveness and biometric identity checks
The app uses a liveness check and biometric face match to confirm the user is physically present and matches their ID document, reducing impersonation risk and strengthening identity assurance.
Passport verification (photo and NFC)
The app captures identity data directly from the passport, including the photo and, where available, secure NFC chip data, providing greater confidence than visual inspection alone and helping verify authenticity.
Proof of address capture
Consumers are guided to upload or photograph two utility bills to evidence their address, with built-in prompts ensuring correct, clear documents and reducing follow-up for agents.
