Coadjute Named One of the UK & Ireland’s Fastest-Growing Businesses in 2026 Sifted 100

Property technology leader ranks No. 42 following backing from Lloyds Banking Group, Nationwide, NatWest and Rightmove

Coadjute, the UK’s leading property technology platform, has been ranked No. 42 on the 2026 Sifted 100: UK & Ireland Leaderboard, recognising them as one of the region’s fastest-growing businesses.

The achievement follows strategic investment in 2024 from Lloyds Banking Group, Nationwide, NatWest and Rightmove. Their backing, following earlier investment from venture fund PXN Group, has accelerated Coadjute’s expansion and strengthened its role in modernising the UK property transaction.

Coadjute transforms the home buying and selling process through secure digital workflows serving estate agents, buyers, sellers, conveyancers, mortgage brokers and lenders. As financial crime risks rise and regulatory scrutiny intensifies, the company has placed governance-led anti-money laundering (AML) compliance at the heart of its strategy.

The Coadjute platform combines advanced technology with human oversight to deliver fully managed, end-to-end compliance - including identity verification, source-of-funds and source-of-wealth analysis, enhanced due diligence, ongoing monitoring and audit-ready reporting.

Dan Salmons, CEO of Coadjute, said:

“Being recognised in the Sifted 100 is a strong endorsement of both our growth and our mission. The support of Lloyds Banking Group, Nationwide, NatWest and Rightmove has been instrumental. Together, we are helping raise standards across the property market through stronger governance and digital collaboration.”

The Sifted 100 ranking highlights the most dynamic and scalable technology businesses across the UK and Ireland out of over 55,000 technology firms in the region. Coadjute’s inclusion reflects rapid adoption of its Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) platform and its growing role in supporting firms to meet rising regulatory expectations.

Dave Anderson, Chief Revenue Officer, Rightmove, added:

“By embedding governance and compliance into digital workflows, Coadjute is helping property professionals operate more efficiently and with greater confidence. Their recognition in the Sifted 100 is well deserved.”

Kirsty Rutter, FinTech Investment Director, Lloyds Banking Group, said:

“Coadjute is focused on tackling long-standing structural challenges in property transactions, particularly around compliance and risk management. We are encouraged by the momentum they are generating and are pleased to support their continued expansion as investors”

Andy Barrow, Managing Director, PXN Group, added:

“Since we first invested in 2021, we’ve seen Coadjute grow to become one of the market leaders in their space. Their entry into the Sifted100 reflects the power of the advanced capability they’ve developed to help the property sector manage risk with far greater confidence”

Backed by four household names in the property market - Lloyds Banking Group, Nationwide, NatWest and Rightmove – Coadjute is now a recognised leader in the modernisation of the UK home buying and selling process. Its mission is to deliver confidence in every property transaction through stronger governance from the start.
