One head office. Every branch working as one
With Coadjute, every branch follows the same AML processes, managed by our compliance specialists. Your head office has clear visibility across the entire group, with consistent checks, decisions and evidence ready whenever you need them.

Consistent AML compliance across every branch
The more branches you have, the harder it becomes to keep everyone working in the same way. HMRC expects consistent AML processes across every office, with clear oversight and evidence that your teams are following them.
More premises, more expectations.
On top of the checks on every buyer and seller, the Money Laundering Regulations expect a group of your size and nature to run a compliance function, not just a process.
A named compliance officer
A board-level or senior manager responsible for your firm’s compliance, alongside your MLRO, who handles suspicious activity.
One framework, approved and applied
A firm-wide risk assessment, with policies, controls and procedures approved by senior management and followed in every branch.
Staff screening and training
Relevant employees screened, trained when they start and regularly thereafter (most firms do it at least annually), with records you can produce.
An independent audit
Someone independent tests whether your policies and controls are adequate and working, and you act on what they find.
Evidence the controls work
Not just written controls: proof of how they operate, branch by branch, and what happens when they don’t.
Five years, on demand
Every check, decision and piece of evidence kept for five years after the relationship ends, and retrievable quickly.
Keeping every branch working to the same standard
Different ways of working across branches, busy teams and limited visibility can leave your head office exposed to unnecessary risk.
- Inconsistent checks: Different branches following different processes and collecting different evidence
- Limited visibility: Head office struggling to keep track of checks, risks, outstanding actions and staff training
- Pressure on busy teams: High workloads and staff changes leading to shortcuts, missed steps and compliance gaps
A new way of working, across your whole group
-
One framework, every branch
Your digital risk assessment and customisable policies, controls and procedures, approved by your senior management, owned by your MLRO and published to every colleague through the Compliance Hub.
Head office writes it once. Every branch works from it.
-
Every check done by specialists
Our London-based Service Delivery team carries out and reviews identity, due diligence, source of funds and enhanced checks for every branch, to the same evidence standard.
The same answer, whichever office the sale is in.
-
A group-wide view
See checks, outcomes and outstanding actions across your branches, with the decisions that need you brought forward. Branch comparisons in Compliance Insights are coming soon for MLROs.
Spot drift before an inspection does.
-
Training by role, recorded
Role-based training, assessments and certificates through the Training Hub, with a register your compliance officer can filter and export.
Annual training that’s provable, not promised.
-
Evidence ready for audit
Every case has its AML report, reasoning and evidence in one place, kept for five years, so your independent auditor and HMRC see the same record.
Assurance without a document hunt.
-
Capacity for the peaks
Our team absorbs spring volumes, staff turnover and new branches, so the standard doesn’t move when the market does.
New office? Same framework and the same checks from its first instruction.
Head office keeps the oversight.
We manage your AML compliance
We manage your day-to-day AML compliance, while your compliance team retains oversight, control of your policies and key decisions. Responsibility stays with your firm, so you always have full visibility of the work we do on your behalf.
The AML work, done by our specialists
We draft and maintain your business-wide risk assessment and your policies, controls and procedures (your senior management approves them; your MLRO owns them); identity verification, due diligence, source of funds and wealth, enhanced checks, ongoing monitoring throughout the business relationship and for at least 12 months from any check; re-screening continues for as long as the relationship lasts, training and SAR preparation.
The calls that are yours
Approving your compliance and risk framework, accepting PEP relationships, decisions on suspicious activity reports, and appointing your independent auditor, with the evidence ready.
Clear decisions and accountability
Our compliance specialists handle the checks and flag anything that needs attention. More complex cases are reviewed by senior specialists, with key decisions escalated to your Nominated Officer. Your head office stays informed and in control, while your dedicated service lead handles any day-to-day issues.
We do the work and you stay in control
We work alongside your compliance team and they keep the oversight and decision-making, without the growing administrative burden.
- We handle the workload: Checks, customer chasing, enhanced due diligence and complex cases are managed by our specialists.
- Your team keeps control: Your compliance officer oversees the work, reviews escalations and retains responsibility for policies and key decisions.
- Complete visibility across branches: Clear reporting on checks, risks, turnaround times and exceptions across your group.
- Always audit-ready: Consistent evidence, documented decisions and a clear audit trail for every case.
A 22-branch group is running a compliance department.
Whether or not it has one. On our calculator’s default assumptions, doing it properly in-house takes the equivalent of a full team, before audit findings, peaks and HMRC changes.
