For networks and franchises of 51 to 150+ branches. Coadjute runs your AML operation across every branch and franchisee, whilst your compliance team keeps the oversight, the policy and the decisions.

A consistent standard across a network of branches
Across a national estate agency network, consistency is one of the biggest compliance challenges.
Different branches, teams and transaction volumes create operational complexity. Even with the right policies in place, ensuring they’re followed consistently across every office takes significant resources.
Coadjute brings together specialist people, consistent processes and intelligent technology to deliver the same managed AML service across your entire network.

One AML service tailored to every business in your network
The group, or each franchisee
Who contracts
The service agreement can sit with the group or with each franchisee entity.
Whether you have 50 or 200 branches, Coadjute brings your network together under one consistent approach to AML compliance, while recognising that each franchise or business entity has its own legal responsibilities.
We manage the day-to-day checks, customer chasing and complex cases across your network, with clear reporting and oversight for your group.
Each regulated business keeps its own HMRC registration, Nominated Officer, policies and key compliance decisions. Any concerns are escalated to the right people within that business.
Group view, franchisee boundaries
Visibility
Group compliance sees every branch and franchise on one standard. Each franchisee sees its own cases and decisions, and nothing else. What’s shared across the boundary is set when the workspaces are created.
One standard without one entity seeing another’s customers.
Phased rollout
Proven before scaled
Rollout runs region by region on an agreed plan, with each wave live and measured before the next starts. Groups and networks start with one region for 60 days on the full service (agencies with 4–15 branches start with two branches, and 1–3 branches with one). A franchisee that joins later joins on the same framework from its first instruction.
Oversight, policy and decisions stay with you
Your compliance team
With Coadjute's Reapit and Street integrations, your branches can manage AML checks directly from the CRM they already use.
Sellers are invited to complete their checks when a property is instructed, with buyers and other parties invited once an offer is accepted. Check progress, outcomes and reports are automatically updated in your CRM, keeping everything in one place.
For franchisees using other CRMs, we offer secure ways to transfer information, with further integrations planned.
Reapit and Street
Integration
The vendor invited at instruction, the buyer and the other parties on the offer invited when it is accepted, and the outcome, report and status written back to the CRM record, so evidence is filed where the branch already works. Franchisees on other CRMs work via secure import and export; Alto, Jupix and Dezrez are on the integrations roadmap. Branch comparisons in Compliance Insights are coming soon for MLROs.
No parallel filing system in 100 branches.
What your procurement team will require
Security
We understand that security, data protection and business continuity are essential when choosing a compliance partner for your national network.
Coadjute is built to meet the requirements of larger agency groups, with clear safeguards, documented processes and contractual protections.
- Data security: UK-hosted, Cyber Essentials certified, with annual penetration testing and ISO 27001 certification in progress.
- Data protection: Your business retains control of its customer data. Coadjute processes it securely under a Data Processing Agreement (DPA), with approved suppliers and clear responsibilities.
- Secure access: Multi-factor authentication, role-based permissions and single sign-on options help you manage access across your network.
- Business continuity: Annually tested recovery plans help protect your service if something goes wrong.
- Clear accountability: Contractual liability protections, including a £1 million annual cap per contracting entity, backed by £5 million professional indemnity insurance per claim, subject to agreed terms.
- Full transparency: Security documentation, supplier information, contractual terms and a public service status page are available for your team to review.
Four clocks, reported monthly
Service standards
Clear SLAs for Standard Cases, Enhanced Due Diligence, First Reply and Resolution, all reported monthly and reviewed quarterly. A named Service Lead and Account Manager are assigned to you, so we become part of your team.
One hundred branches. A compliance operation in itself.
On our calculator’s default assumptions, doing AML properly at network scale takes a full operation, before peaks, turnover and HMRC changes.
The capacity to handle your whole network
Our specialist team, processes and platform are built to take on volume, so new branches, franchisees or acquisitions don’t mean adding headcount on your side. Peaks are absorbed by us, not by your compliance team.
Every branch gets the same standard of service, whatever the size of your network.
One network. One standard. Complete control
